Voting Rights Acts is that they did not African Amerricans in the United States to vote tis all happened in 1965. The fifth amendment came to play in this area this act prohibited any other states from imposing any voting qualications. THe law was intended to have the voters pass a literacy test before they were able to vote. The act establishes that the federal oversightof the elections administration.
I think that this would come is not the best thing in the world because i dont htink that someone should have to pass a test to be able to vote. They should be able to vote just because they are living in america. So everyone should be able to vote no matter how your intelligence is or what your race is.
